As your coach, I will be able to provide specialized training techniques, tips, and nutritional guidance from the beginning of your journey to the moment you step up on stage.   As a competitor myself, I have learned some tips that will help your success on stage.  If this is an arena that you are interested in, please feel free to contact me as your bodybuilding coach and mentor.  As a bonus to your program, a free posing session is provided.

Shape up

Your personalized workouts will provide you the roadmaps for success. As a Prosynergy client, you will complete a comprehensive assessment that will outline in detail your workouts and overview of movements. On the Members only page, you can utilize the online video diary that will provide you with additional information on specific movements, workouts or educational videos for added keys to success. Most importantly, I’m always here to help and answer any questions you might have.
