Fit Body Program

8 to 12 week to wellness and fit body program

This program will help you learn true mind/body connection, utilizing strategic workout plans, specifically to target client’s goals of weight loss, muscle and strength building.

Maintain your life

8 to 10-week maintenance program and introduction to intuitive nutritional plan.

A comprehensive nutritional plan that will ultimately allow you to listen to the body’s intuitive meal protocol, workout plan and one on one wellness coaching.  This can all be accessed on the Members Only portal.

Athlete Program

This program is a decision to enhance performance outside the athletic arena. If you are playing sports on an amateur or competitive level, and want that extra competitive edge for your overall performance, this program is for you. There are comprehensive nutritional guidelines, additional functional trainings and wellness support that can all be accessed on the Members Only portal.  

Bodybuilding Program

Having a coach takes the guesswork and stress out of trying to figure out the best workout plans, nutritional guidelines and competition preparations for you specifically.  As your coach, I am available to you 24/7 for guidance, coaching, and personal wellness & development.  It is important for me to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
